1. Reservations and Payments:
a. To make a reservation, you must provide accurate and complete information.
b. Payment is made through our secure payment systems. By making the payment, you accept the terms and conditions of the payment platform used.

2. Cancellation Policy
a. Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the reservation start date will incur charges of 10% for administrative expenses.
b. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the reservation start date will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total reservation amount. 

3. Refund:
a. IncaRides will refund the amount corresponding to cancellations made within the period without charge.
b.No refunds will be made for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the reservation start date.

4. Modifications and Cancellation by IncaRides

a. IncaRides reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or mechanical problems.

b. In the event of cancellation by IncaRides, a full refund will be made.

5. User Responsability:

a. The user is responsible for returning the motorcycle in the same conditions in which it was delivered.

b. The user is responsible for complying with all traffic and road safety laws during the rental.

6. Insurance:
a. IncaRides provides insurance for motorcycles included in the packages. Any damage or loss not covered by insurance will be the responsibility of the user.

7. Use of Images and Testimonials:
a. By accepting these terms, the user
grants IncaRides the right to use images and testimonials provided during the
rental for promotional purposes.

8. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions

a. IncaRides
reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes
will come into effect immediately upon publication on our digital channel.
